This is a sub-set of the Jr/Sr division intended to give those players that are playing HS baseball (or other sports) an opportunity to play as many as 10 games through the months of May and June after their HS season ends. Players will also have the opportunity to be selected for an age based All-Star team and compete in the LL All-Star tournament. Players will be assigned to an existing KCLL team to begin playing with that team around May 15th, 2025. Players must participate in the pre-season assessment at the beginning of March so that they can be assigned to the appropriate team and participate in All-Stars if they choose. The cost for this program is reduced to cover uniform costs and the expense of the lower number of games.
These openings are dependent on availability and are not guaranteed. A deposit will be required at registration, and full payment will be due at May 1st when players are assigned to a roster.
The Junior and Senior League Baseball divisions are combined in our league. This division is for players 13 to 16 years old using a pitching distance of 60 feet and 90 foot base paths, and is meant as a developmental program for players wanting to continue playing at a higher level, either in supplement to, or in preparation for, a school athletics program. It is also an opportunity for players who wish to continue playing baseball recreationally to do so at a highly competitive level.
Games are played for 7 innings or a 2:15 time limit. Juniors/Seniors teams participate in interleague play around the Denver metro area.
Players are required to attend a preseason player assessment for evaluation, after which they will be assigned to a team via draft to promote league parity.
